Sessions are approximately 60 minutes with a fee of $90 per session.   90 min sessions are available as needed.

Payment or CoPay

Payment/CoPay is required at the end of each session by check or cash only.

Ms Epstein does not accept credit cards. A sliding scale is available.

Insurance

I am a Provider for the following Health Insurance Companies:

BlueCross, BlueShield, Cigna, Medicare, Mines & Associates,  MultiPlan, Private Health Care Systems (PHCS), United Healthcare, Value Options.    *Ms Epstein does not accept MediCaid
